Mike Scime joined the YSB team as Executive Director in March 2006. As Executive
Director, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of YSB, supervising staff
and programs, representing the agency and its mission to the general public, and
obtaining the resources needed to serve YSB's clients.
Since arriving the YSB, one of his primary focuses has been to more intentionally reach out
to all aspects of our community (churches, businesses, civic organizations, and
individuals) in an effort to find new ways to help area youth and families.
